Greeting and guiding guest / visitors / principals / clients group people in a courteous, professional manner
Answering from outside calls by Ms. Teams and connect to the intended staff
Monitoring meeting room reservations to ensure they run according to the order made by the system
Monitoring and filing all company’s permit and Insurance Company Policy are in order and valid
Monitoring and updating of valid data related to the branch office rent, car rental period, company vehicle tax and others related external parties.
Reporting monthly routine related to office supplies including stocktake stationary, branch request inventory, pantry needs others needs request
Receiving and Arranging staff requests for operational cars and use of GoCorp in conducting business activity.
Receiving for booking requests to staff accommodation such as flight tickets, hotel reservations in the context of business trip or company purpose.
Preparing all payments invoices related to the vendors, building management, and all cooperate parties.
Coordinating and cooperating with office manager to carry out and complete all daily work responsibilities
Ad hoc requirement for internal administration.
REQUIREMENT
Min. S1
Majoring in Secretary / office administration
Ms. Office (excel, word, PP)
Fluent in English oral & written
Detail oriented & High accuracy
Multitasking
Min. 1 year as admin staff
Experience in scope of GA / Secretary / Executive Assistant
