DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Administer the company's insurance programs, including property, and liability insurance.
Maintain and manage records of all insurance policies and related documentation.
Liaise with insurance providers to negotiate policy renewals, and claims, and ensure compliance with coverage requirements.
Handle insurance claims and maintain communication with internal departments and external insurers.
Review and evaluate insurance policies to ensure they align with company needs and industry standards.
Assist in risk management by identifying potential risk areas and proposing mitigation strategies.
Monitor changes in regulations related to corporate insurance and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Prepare reports and provide analysis on insurance coverage, claims, and premiums for senior management.
Coordinate with the legal and finance teams to ensure insurance policies are aligned with corporate contracts and obligations.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in insurance administration, preferably within a corporate environment.
Knowledge of insurance policies, claims handling, and risk management.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
