Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Timely preparation of Group consolidated financial statements and Annual Report for regulatory reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely submission. Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Conduct financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Supporting the top management to plan, develop and execute financial and funding strategies to ensure that it is in line with the Company’s overall direction, and expansion plan, including minimizing business and financial risks To perform any other tasks as and when requested by Management from time to time.
