Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally in a similar fast-paced, corporate environment Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization Proficient in MS Office suite and other office software Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team
