Responsible for sales achievement in Medan area by increasing business opportunities through dealing with new accounts. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remind a client-account manager relationship by up selling and cross selling. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products. Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts. Direct training session with account frontliner to increase frontliner product knowledge capabilities. Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements.
Having 1-2 years working experience in Sales, especially in FMCG products. Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products. Willing to travel. Excellent interpersonal skill, with ability to work independently or in a team. Good analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill.
