• Develop and execute effective B to C sales strategies to increase market penetration. • Design and implement marketing programs aligned with business objectives. • Monitor sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. • Proven experience in B to C channels, especially in FMCG or processed food products. • Solid understanding of distribution strategies, promotional activities, and consumer market development. • Prior experience in the food processing industry, particularly meat products, is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies: • Strong market analysis, segmentation, and product positioning abilities. • Skilled in both digital and traditional marketing strategy development and execution. • Capable of building and managing relationships with distribution partners, modern retail outlets, and e-commerce platforms. • Strong leadership skills in managing and developing Sales & Marketing teams. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
