Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the modern trade or FMCG industry Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a strong commercial acumen Analytical skills to interpret market data and identify sales opportunities Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred Active, problem solving, leadership Placement in Surabaya - Jawatimur
