Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and secure repeat business Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities and pipeline

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar Project B2B sales role, especially HVAC Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections Keen understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to identify and qualify leads Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets Familiarity with the appliances and/or HVAC industry would be an advantage
