1. Min S1 majoring in Electrical/Electro/Telecommunication 2. 5+ years of experience in the same industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role 3. Good communication & analysis skills 4. Experience in an ISP, telecom or NOC environment 5. Strong customer service orientation, especially in high-urgency scenarios 6. Team leadership experience : managing support agents or NOC staff in shifts 7. Familiarity with SLA-drive environment, escalations, and issue lifecycle tracking 8. Experience handling incident management, problem escalation, and root cause analysis
