To handle daily operations activities such as receiving incoming calls, arrangement of medical evacuation/appointment/hospitalization of patient, monitoring all active cases, and to supervise and to coordinate the evacuation activities, etc to ensure cases are updated every day.
Fluent in English both written and spoken would be preferable. Willing to work on shift schedule (day & night shift). Strong in communication skills and interpersonal skills. Minimum Diploma III from any major (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Experience in Customer Service sector is an advantage. Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel). Able to work independently on tasks at hand as well as in a team. Strong analytical thinking and attention to details.
