1. Learning & Development (L&D): Develop and manage internal and external training programs. Coordinate the implementation of training (offline and online) and ensure its effectiveness. Prepare a training needs analysis (TNA) based on performance evaluations and organizational needs. Prepare training evaluation reports and training ROI. 2. Talent Management: Develop and implement talent mapping and succession planning programs. Manage the 9-box matrix system to identify employee potential and performance. Support the implementation of career development programs (career path & IDP – Individual Development Plan). Organizational Development: Develop and update the company's competency framework. Support the implementation of corporate culture through cultural programs (core values reinforcement). 3. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process (KPI, OKR, etc.). Provide training or coaching to superiors and employees regarding the performance appraisal system. Employee Engagement & Coaching: Develop and implement soft skills, leadership, and coaching development programs. Provide coaching or facilitation sessions for individual development. 4. HR Data & Reporting: Manage the training and development database. Prepare periodic People Development reports for management.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or a related field Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR development/L&D Proficient in TNA tools, 9-Box Matrix, competency mapping, and IDP Able to create and facilitate training materials Communicative, proactive, and possess strong presentation skills Experience in using a Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms is preferred
