1. Minimum 5 years of solid experience in B2B international sales and marketing, preferably within Southeast Asia and/or the Middle East region. 2. Strong ability to design and implement high-impact marketing strategies using market insights and data. 3. Proven track record of achieving or surpassing overseas sales targets. 4. Skilled in market segmentation, channel development, and brand positioning. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication in English; fluency in additional regional languages is a plus. 6. Experience with digital marketing, B2B platforms, and omnichannel distribution is highly desirable. 7. Capable of managing complex negotiations and building long-term partnerships. 8. High cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work across diverse international environments. 9. Willing to be based in Surabaya, Indonesia, and travel frequently to assigned countries. 10.
