Maintain and update employee status records (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations). Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g., contracts, offer letters, mutation letters). Coordinate recruitment process with internal and external. Manage general affairs updates, including safety kits and uniforms for employees. Update payroll data to reflect monthly changes (e.g., new hires, salary adjustments). Handle BPJS Health and Employment registration for all new employees. Plan and manage recruitment activities and HR projects. Assist in creating and updating company SOPs to ensure compliance.
Bachelor's Degree of Psychology / HR Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
