Identify potential risks, propose solutions, and ensure problems are resolved promptly. Act as a leader within the team—encouraging accountability, transparency, and excellence.
Willing to work fully on-site (WFO). Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA. Familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Skilled in project planning using Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and roadmap creation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experienced in delivering clear presentations and reports. Able to communicate complex technical tasks to non-technical audiences. Proactive, critical thinker, curious, and possesses strong leadership capabilities. Experience managing large teams is a plus.
