• Handling day-to-day employee cases: performing investigations and monitoring cases of violations. • Company regulations that occurred • Conduct employee termination processes, including exit interviews, dispute resolution and labour issues. • Ensuring the implementation of ER policy, e.g. consequence management. • Review Company Regulations and submit them to Disnaker. • Carry out control and advisory functions regarding the implementation of all policies related to company regulations, discipline, and the code of ethics. • Support the HR department in implementing every policy. • Labour relations, laws and legislation update
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in law. • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in HR, employee and industrial relations. • Having knowledge in UU Ketenagakerjaan is a plus point • Excellent knowledge of labour law and government regulations. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
