Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintaining positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employement laws and regulations while maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
