Comprehensively handle the recruitment process for internal and external needs Communicate with Head Officel and Branch users regarding their workforce needs Meet recruitment needs within deadlines Advertise Job opening through online channels and other media Communicate by phone, email, and in person with candidates to determine availability and recruitment deadlines Schedule user interviews with potential candidate Review resume / CV, job applications, and cover letter and create a mental image of the applicant Recruit candidates who fit the existing company culture Assist with legal administration and other tasks
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Management or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources / Recruitment and Legal administration. Required Skill : Psychological test, Talent Search, Job Interview, Administration, Microsoft Office. Fluent in English both oral and writen. Disclipline and good time management. Interest in learning new things. higly motivation and willing to learn ins and outss of the recruitment and legal administration process. Strong administration and legal skills
