Responsible for all accounts (GT & MT) in West Java Area (Bandung Based) Implement and monitor sales and marketing plans to achieve targets, visibility, and brand engagement Develop and execute account-specific plans, ensuring strong relationships with business partners Identify new sales opportunities, upsell/cross-sell, and drive new business acquisition Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure timely deal closures Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize results Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with client needs Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and pricing to refine sales strategies Proactively resolve client issues and overcome barriers to sales success
Minimum 3 years proven experience as an Account Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager or in a sales role within a similar industry Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to develop effective sales strategies Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
