Preferably have a basic knowledge with Technology infrastructure, hardware & software troubleshooting MS Office, Internet, other Good knowledge on Windows 10 / Windows 11 desktop administration and Office 2016/2022 Able to perform with minimum supervision Excellent communication, both oral and written communication skills High attention to detail Practitioner of hard work, honesty, and integrity.
