Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary, overtime, deductions, and benefits in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Maintain and update employee database, attendance records, leave balances, and overtime data to support accurate payroll calculation. Manage employment contracts (PKWT, PKWTT), including preparation, renewal, and termination documentation. Ensure timely and correct payment of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and other statutory contributions. Assist in handling payroll-related queries from employees and coordinate with HR regarding any changes in salary, promotions, or employment status. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data and employee information. Prepare payroll reports and support internal/external audits related to payroll and employment administration. Stay up to date with labor law changes and tax regulations affecting payroll processes.
