Work collaboratively with line managers to develop HR Recruitment strategy Conduct end to end recruitment process including the resourcing plan, interview, conduct test. Maintain employee data to ensure all data valid and update MPP, monitoring, reporting on workforce and succession planning. Provide support the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotion and off boarding) Prepare and maintain all HR information, records and reports accurately Manage overall HR Operations function including administer employee attendance, employees documents, and general administration Good Knowledge in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, ATS and HRIS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
