Oversee the full accounting cycle and financial reporting for the company Manage the tax compliance and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions Analyse financial data, prepare management reports and provide strategic recommendations Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks Supervise and mentor the accounting team to drive efficiency and accuracy Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and government authorities Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance and accounting processes
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years' experience in a finance, accounting or tax supervisory role, preferably within the Oil & Gas company In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and tax compliance regulations, especially in Oil & Gas company Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop a team Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field
