Finance Operations Role
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end payment processes, including bank transactions and reconciliation. - Manage daily reconciliation of internal, partner, and bank data. - Oversee escrow account operations and ensure timely disbursements. - Analyze discrepancies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. - Prepare monthly financial reports and support audit processes. - Collaborate with IT and treasury teams to improve disbursement tools and processes. - Monitor revenue, cost, and TPV (Total Payment Volume) performance.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- 1-2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or escrow operations. - E-Commerce Background experience will be preferred. - Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and financial reporting. - Experience working with digital platforms or fintech companies is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - English CONVERSATIONAL Level (will be tested during the interview).
