Maintain accurate employee records, personnel documentation, and HR databases. Support recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Source and coordinate with training vendors, arrange logistics, and prepare training reports. Review and verify employee attendance data, ensuring accuracy in overtime, leave, and absence records. Calculate payroll components such as allowances, overtime, deductions, and incentives, and ensure timely Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and internal procedures Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and corporate events to enhance workplace culture. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology preferred; other relevant fields considered. Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in HR role, preferably within a site or project related company.
