Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for a range of roles across the business Source high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other creative channels Screen applications, conduct interviews and assessments, and provide feedback to candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and design effective recruitment strategies Maintain an applicant tracking system and generate recruitment reports Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Support the wider HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment or HR generalist role, preferably within a fast-paced, commercial environment Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience using applicant tracking systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels Confident interviewer with a talent for identifying top talent Proactive, organised and able to multitask effectively Passion for candidate care and providing an outstanding recruitment experience Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred
