Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Performs technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all networks devices in LAN/Wireless/VLAN/WAN/VPN/Internet and firewalls especially F5 LTM & AS 2. Ensures network infrastructure is capable to provide required services, provides capacity analysis as an input for proper planning. 3. Reports any deviation/problem/outage to superior and other units, provides regular weekly reporting. 4. Ensures high level of security of Network infrastructure 5. Ensures the compliance with license and other agreements 6. Performs projects of implementation of the new systems, upgrades, maintenance fixes and patches in order to ensure efficient operations. 7. Prepares written materials (e.g. procedures, reports, guidelines, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and providing guidelines and help for the users. 8. Ensure with company regulation and compliance 9. Ensure that vendors provide their service under appropriate guaranteed Service Level
