Manage cross-functional data projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication. Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement. Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable data insights and reports. Drive cloud data platform adoption (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery) and optimize data workflows for near real-time analytics.
