- Supervise and coordinate all HR and GA activities within the company. - Manage personnel administration (e.g. attendance, leave, employment contracts, and employee data). - Supervise the maintenance of office facilities, company assets, and inventory. - Manage industrial relations. - Prepare and submit periodic HRGA reports to management.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, law, or relevant majors. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations practices. - Excellent managerial, leadership, and communication skills. - Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. - Detail-oriented, disciplined, and strong in problem-solving skills. - Preferably holds a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel for business purposes.
