- Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. - Generate HR reports and analytics using Excel. - Manage employee benefits, including insurance, leave policies, and other entitlements. - Maintain accurate employee records and payroll administration (contracts, attendance, leaves, overtime and evaluations, etc.). - Ensure all HR documentation and filing comply with Indonesian regulations and company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. - 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in financial services, P2P lending, or a multinational company. - Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel. - Experience in HRIS systems and tech savvy. - Fluent in English (written & spoken) - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - High integrity, discreet, and able to handle confidential information. - Strong organizational and administrative skills, and also high attention to detail and accuracy. - Having growth mindset and willing to learn.
