Assist with the full HR lifecycle, including database soft copy & hard copy, onboarding, employee records management, and off-boarding processes files. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining filing systems. Coordinate employee benefits, such as leave and insurance. Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR-related databases and reports Perform general office administration duties as needed
Minimum Experience 5 years in administration field experience in English Language speaking is a plus Proven experience in a similar HR or administrative assistant role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of HR best practices of soft copy and hard copy data management Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality support to the HR team
