Communication Management: Screening calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence on behalf of the employer. Meeting Support: Taking minutes, preparing presentations, and ensuring meeting logistics are handled. Administrative Tasks: Managing files, organizing documents, and maintaining databases. Minimum Age 21 years old and maximum age 28 years old Minimum Diploma majoring in Secretarial, Public Administration or any other related major from secretarial school and Fresh Graduate Wellcome.
