Maximum age 45 years old. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field. Good knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to lead, manage teams, and improve team performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Computer literate and proficient in English conversation Must have a CHCM/CHRM/CIRM certificate from BNSP
