Accounting & Reporting Manager
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and consolidation for both manufacturing and trading entities. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure compliance with local accounting standards. Oversee statutory reporting, external audits, and tax compliance (VAT, WHT, CIT). Ensure timely and accurate financial statements for management and regulatory purposes.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in both manufacturing cost accounting and trading/distribution finance. Excellent knowledge of taxation, financial reporting standards, and internal controls. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
