Creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns to achieve specified targets. Managing pricing strategy, product assortment, and stock availability across various sales platforms. Building strong relationships with current and potential clients/partners. Optimizing distributor performance. Collaborating closely with our functional teams (operations, creative, warehouse, etc.) and external trade partners. Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to achieve sales targets. Ensuring compliance with defined internal and external regulations; collaborating with platform’s PIC and communicating updates within the internal team. Generating and presenting weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Communications, Marketing, or similar field. Minimum 3+ year of experience, preferably in Beauty Industry the Executive position. Candidates with 4+ years of related industry experience may be eligible for the Manager position. Experience working in or with offline retail stores (Guardian, Watsons, Sociolla, etc) is beneficial. Broad knowledge of beauty products and trends. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fast learner, creative, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, flexible, hardworking, and willing to work on-site. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willing to work on-site (WFO) at Cakung, Jakarta Timur
