1. Financial and Accounting Oversight • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Perform bank reconciliations and review key account balances. 2. Accounts Receivable (AR) Management • Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely collections. • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues. • Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. 3. Accounts Payable (AP) Management • Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors in accordance with company policies. • Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments. • Prepare AP aging reports and manage cash flow for routine disbursements. 4. Regulatory Compliance • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT (PPN) and income tax (PPh) reporting. • Adhere to relevant financial laws and regulations, such as those regarding government accounting and financial reporting systems. • Follow accounting standards. • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure legal compliance and accurate reporting. 5. Team Supervision and Coordination • Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team in daily operations. • Provide training and development to staff to improve efficiency and accuracy. 6. Internal Control and Audit • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. • Develop and implement internal control procedures to prevent errors and fraud.
