Supports business stakeholder engagements with the asset senior leaders up to Site Leadership Team members. Operates as the business co-pilot, leading with commercial mindset to enable business vision and fulfil business KPIs from technology and data. Demonstrates art of the possible with technology and data, orchestrating prototypes to demonstrate new business models and additional sources of profit. Shapes and guides technology investment decision-making, fully aligning choices to defined business priorities or challenges. Represents the Enterprise IT strategy and associated standards for business compliance and management of risk. Supports business planning and facilitates complementary IT processes. Supports Site driven projects (eg Radio assets refresh). Balances value generation from new investments with value harvesting from existing assets and the IT business portfolio landscape. Supports the building of compelling and robust business cases, including the framing of the commercial opportunity, business benefits, and associated business change/impact. Enables clarity of investment cost (OPEX/CAPEX), and defines IT performance metrics, measurements, and benefits. Manages a portion of the IDT IT portfolio (Technology and Engineering applications, SAP Finance & Contract/Procurement modules) end to end, including supplier management and interface with the business teams. Positions Enterprise IT standards and policies correctly in management of the IT business portfolio. Orchestrates and brokers across functional lines to translate business requirements into value-enabling outcomes. Balances business IT portfolio risk and health with speed to value. Drives the Portfolio to consider innovative ways of reducing cost and harvesting additional business benefit from the existing technology and data landscape. Takes the challenge to the business on cost optimisation, managing conversations around business process harmonisation/standardisation. Takes accountability for the delivery of safe, reliable, secure, and affordable operations by the IT portfolio in line with SLAs. Understands the Aster’s vision, strategy and purpose and how the business portfolio contributes to its fulfilment. Bring in external ideas, setup and manage an eco-system for Digitalization and create purposeful partnerships that drive outcomes. Has deep understanding of the Business and Industry landscape, including strategic priorities, challenges and how this relates to the wider enterprise strategy and competitive landscape. Delivers thought leadership and contributes to business decisions through strong relationships, business and IT understanding and external market perspectives Improves organizational performance through the application of original thinking leveraging technology to existing and emerging methods (eg IoT & digitalization, processes, data, products and services.
