What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Accounting and or Tax. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounting/Tax consultant. Proven Project Management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding on Indonesia's Tax System and ERP System. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both oral and written). A positive attitude, with the drive to take on challenges and contribute to team success. Skills Strong leadership and ability to guide teams through ERP implementations. Exceptional consultation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Time management and planning expertise to meet deadlines and manage resources efficiently. Analytical mindset with proven process design capabilities. High attention to detail with documentation and record-keeping skills. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships across all levels of an organization.
