- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Industrial & Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR Administration & HRIS, Internal Communications, and Health & Safety coordination. - Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support corporate goals and regulatory compliance in the coal mining industry. - Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning with operational needs both at head office and mining site. - Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, providing guidance on labor law compliance, dispute resolution, and employee engagement initiatives. - Oversee training needs analysis (TNA), competency development, and career path planning to build internal capabilities and future leaders. - Ensure harmonious industrial relations with employees, unions, and external stakeholders, minimizing conflicts and maintaining company reputation. - Manage HR reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking for management review and decision-making.
