· Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal platforms. · Help with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pools. · Screen resumes and perform initial candidate assessments (phone screening, CV review). · Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. · Update and maintain the recruitment database. · Support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or campus hiring activities. · Prepare recruitment-related reports and documentation. · Provide administrative support to the HR team on recruitment-related tasks. · Assist in employer branding activities (social media content, recruitment campaigns).
· Fresh Graduated Bachelor Degree with Major Psychology · Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. · Good knowledge about assessment tools. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus.
