A multinational FMCG brand is looking for a Senior/ Key Account Manager to join their commercial team in Hong Kong. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing strategic relationships with key retails clients. 工作内容 Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG sector. Negotiating trade terms to maximise profitability and ensure mutual benefit. Providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Resolving client issues promptly to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. Driving continuous improvement in account management processes and practices.
Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business related subject. 5+ years experience in account management within the FMCG industry with solid people management experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with key stakeholders effectively.
