Bachelor's degree (S1) is required. Has experience in Sales or Marketing, especially within the consumer goods / telco industry. (experience in acquisition of stores/merchants of digital payment platform/PPOB would be preferred) Must have a smartphone and be proficient in using digital applications relevant to fieldwork and reporting. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and communicate effectively. Highly motivated and enthusiastic about fieldwork, with the readiness to conduct routine daily visits and manage online community engagement. Must own a private vehicle and have in-depth knowledge of the local city area for efficient visit activities. Ability to prepare and deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
