Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, servers, storage, and networks. Prepare and maintain IT-related documentation for internal and external use. Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person. Install, configure, and update computer systems and software as required. Assist in setting up new user accounts, workstations, and servers. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues. Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets. Support the IT team with additional projects and tasks as assigned. Familiarity with Mikrotik, Windows Server, Active Directory, Proxmox, and storage servers.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1–2 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure Support role. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, server, and networking fundamentals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
