Develop and execute the HR strategic plan in alignment with business objectives. Oversee recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations. Implement global HR policies and adapt them to local regulations. Promote diversity, inclusion, and ethical practices. Act as a strategic advisor to the Country Director and leadership team.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Law, or Business; Master’s or specialization in HR 15 years of HR experience, including regional or international exposure. Proven experience in labor relations, compensation, and organizational development. Bilingual in English is a must, Spanish proficiency desirable. Candidates aged 45 or below Must hold Indonesian nationality Preferably located in Surabaya, East Java, and surrounding areas. Open to candidates residing outside of Surabaya.
