Educational background in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Application Support, System Support, or IT Operations. Skilled in system analysis, application troubleshooting, and cross-team coordination between IT and business units. Proficient in ticketing tools, basic SQL, technical documentation, and SLA management. Experience in retail, distribution, or fast-paced operational environments is highly preferred.
