
Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related problems Prepare Laptop for new employee for all clients (QC laptop & Installing all requirements application for our resources) Coordination with team IT Manpower Solutions Outsourcing about managing Asset Remote and troubleshooting applications for all laptop resources Coordination with vendor about the returning laptop, replacement hardware Coordination with PIC for new joiner and returning laptop from our clients
Relevant technical diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field At least 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Good working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve your skills English speaking conversational skill will be a plus point
