Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Min. 5 years experience in Marketing & Sales in FMCG Company. Strong understanding of Sales and Production processes. Strong leadership Expertise in strategic sales and marketing, customer value management, market research, business and product development, and consumer behavior analysis Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset Demonstrated strengths in conceptual thinking, innovation and creativity, as well as influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management Familiar with Consumer Protection Law, advertising regulations, and media practices.
