Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Healthcare / Hospital industry is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of cash flow management, financial statements, and financial analysis. Experienced in preparing financial and accounting reports accurately and timely. Familiar with financial compliance, internal controls, taxation, and audit processes. Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
