
Managing and developing partnerships with key accounts in Modern Market channels. As a PIC for communication and negotiation with Modern Trade buyers. Negotiating listing agreements, pricing, margins, contracts, and promotional programs Ensuring optimal product availability, distribution, and replenishment across all outlets. Analyzing sales data (sell-in & sell-out), stock levels, and forecasting to support business decisions. Responsible for handling delivery administration and tax invoice processing.
Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) untill Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major; Management or Marketing is preferred. 2–3 years of experience as a Key Account or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in FMCG. Strong understanding of Modern Market systems and characteristics (buyer handling, listing, promotions, contracts). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Able to work with targets and tight deadlines. Willing to travel for business purposes.
