IT Application Support Engineer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
· Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise IT operation applications across business functions · Develop and configure application features based on functional and technical requirements · Perform application monitoring, incident analysis, and root cause resolution · Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and patch management activities · Support the IT Operation Transformation, such as requirement analysis, testing, AI tool deployment and promotion, Project Management & Coordination · Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to ensure application availability and performance · Provide Level 2 application support and resolve production issues within defined SLAs · Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles · Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements · Assist in vendor coordination and application lifecycle management activities
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
Technical Skills (Required) · Hands-on experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar) · Working knowledge of enterprise application architectures and integration concepts (APIs, web services) · Experience or Working knowledge in RPA Tools such as UIPATH · Experience with relational databases and SQL · Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting techniques · Understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile methodologies · Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) · Exposure to cloud-based applications or platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) · Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management · Basic knowledge of application security and access management Soft Skills & Competencies · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities · Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment · Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail · Willingness to learn and adapt to new applications and technologies · Chinese language proficiency Education · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
