Monitor and report warehouse stock levels (all projects). Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports (inbound & outbound) per project. Manage returned goods from projects, including recording and proper arrangement. Organize and maintain goods in accordance with storage standards. Prepare and ensure completeness of goods receipt and dispatch documentation. Prepare requested items and coordinate delivery with the purchasing team. Manage warehouse layout, cleanliness, and inventory movement records. Track item status (delivered, pending at project site, and follow-up on pending items from purchasing). Handle administrative processes for receiving goods from purchasing, including creating necessary forms.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, with team leadership experience. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required. Strong understanding of inventory management, inbound-outbound processes, and WMS/ERP systems. Able to prepare reports and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
